I've rented from this company for a few years now and they have been amazing! Always available, helpful, and the girls in the office rock! Would highly recommend this company to anybody looking for a rental!!!

Ever since our move to Moscow almost 18 months ago, Palouse Rentals has been nothing short of first-class. Our arrival to the area coincided with the start of the school year, meaning that not only were apartments at a premium but also those that were available were generally geared more towards students than a newly married couple such as ourselves. Even in these testing circumstances, the company worked with us to find somewhere that we have happily called home ever since, all subsequent issues dealt with promptly, all communication clear and precise. I have been renting from them for 2 years now and so far it's been excellent, when things have broken they've called maintenence or appliance guys right away and have never had an issue. I have yet to move out and see if I get my damage deposit back, but they are very laid back and have great customer service. I would highly recommend them for renting as opposed to the nightmare of renting from University city.
