I called PAWS to have my poor fur baby looked at. Even though they were busy and short staffed, they let us come in. Dr. Miller and her staff were kind and courteous and helped make my baby comfortable again. It is hard to see pets being in pain or uncomfortable and by letting us come in, she is now feeling much better.
My wife and I have been PAWS customers since 2012. PAWS has cared for multiple of our cats from cradle to grave, and one dog as well.
I appreciate PAWS in many ways. They have fairly good availability, the staff will work hard to see you in an urgent scenario, they are very straightforward with their prices (giving estimates before work is done), and they are very caring.
Over the years, we've had to have multiple animals euthanized (for end-of-life scenarios) and they are always super supportive and strive hard to make a bad experience as good as it can be. Dr. Miller especially is very easy to talk to and has a down-to-earth... read full review
Everyone who helped our dog was very friendly, concerned, and told me what each step would be in his exam. We got an appointment the same day I called. Dr. Bauer explained what we might expect when we get test results. The assistant explained what test or treatment cost may be as we went along. It was a very caring environment.
