I took my garbage disposal in because it stopped working. The motor was running, but the clog was so bad that normal efforts to fix the jam weren't working. Rick worked on it for 30 minutes, patiently cleaned out the jam (it was underneath the gears where normal tools couldn't get to) and didn't charge me a penny. I always have great service there.
