As a birth worker, I have interacted with many resources for pre- and post-natal pelvic floor health. I was amazed by Hannah's expertise and eye for what was going on with my body, as well as the way she was able to explain and make me aware of it, too. I went away from one appointment feeling empowered and encouraged that I know my body better!

Hannah was fantastic! She was eager to help me accomplish my goals, and very attentive to correct things I was doing wrong while presenting fixes in a very gentle way. She gave an extremely detailed, personalized write up after our session. Highly recommend!
