I know this sounds a little over the top, but these guys are the best service company of any kind I have ever done business with. My wife and I own about 80 acres of forest land which we have owned for many years. During that time we worked with several different foresters to get advice about managing the property. They were all fine, but we never really got a feeling we had an expert partner helping us with the property. That all changed when we brought in Luke Machtolf of Northwest Management. We sat down together and talked about what we wanted to do with the property. We then paid them to prepare a management plan which turned out to be a detailed, professional study of our property which explained in lay terms what we had, what the problems were, and what their recommendations were on how to get where we had said we wanted to be. This recommendation was substantially different than what we had received from our prior forester and was fully supported in the plan. Luke also showed us on the ground what he was talking about in the plan. We then hired NMI to do a cruise of the property, which resulted in a detailed estimate of both the volume of timber on the property and a detailed summary of what we could likely sell the timber for if we followed their recommendation, what our logging and related costs would be, what our reforestation and other costs would be, and what we would net from the project. We took Luke's advice on how to proceed and Luke then brought in a logger (see related review for Rich Richmond Logging in Chewelah) who did just an outstanding job. Luke supervised that project and held our hands the whole way as we worked through a number of different issues that came up (mostly neighbor issues) during the course of the project. NMI administered the financial end of the project and provided us with readable periodic reports showing the timber sale proceeds, payment of the logger and other expenses, and our net proceeds. All of this was done very timely and exactly as promised. At the end of the project the financial projections were perfectly in line with the estimates Luke had given us many months before. We view Luke and NMI as our long term partners as we continue to manage this property over the next decades and we just could not be happier with their work or the outcome. We were stunned to see how much better the property looked, even though we ended up taking off far more trees than we would have ever expected to harvest. Great financial results and an improvement to the property both now, and in the future as we grow stronger, disease resistant trees which are better suited to the property. If you are looking for someone to work with you to manage your forest land these are the guys you want.

Twisters is the place to go! Deidrea is amazing! This was my first time to her salon and from start to finish I felt like I was her top priority, shes so sweet and kind. I showed her one picture, we talked about what she felt would look best and be realistic for me to do on my own and I left feeling fantastic.

Nick is fabulous, he's such a sweet man! And so talented too. My sister got this tattoo done by him, and I'll probably be coming back to him when I need my text tattoo! The shop is clean, cool, and inviting. Not a scary tattoo experience at all. My sister is really happy with the piece, and I think it looks phenomenal! He drew up the sketch, and made sure she was completely happy with it. And! He touched it up for free a few months later, since colored tattoos fade a little.

We could not be happier with Powell Plumbing. Our water line broke and we had to excavate our front yard to replace the brittle pipe. We called Powell on a Friday to see if they could look at the job. They brought us new line to run over the weekend and arrived first thing Monday morning to hook up our water. Everyone was incredibly efficient and friendly, and they had our water running again within an hour. We would recommend their services without hesitation.

Wasankari construction is a gem in Moscow. They offer an eclectic range of salvaged building materials, landscaping, and they build and sell items from previously used materials. Wasankari also has a great crew for a wide range of building services. They lifted our 1890s home, replaced all rotting joists and sill plates and added a basement. Amazing work !

As a Flight Attendant I can’t always see my own doctor or dentist if an emergency comes up. Dr. Kline, Linda, and the rest of his staff got me in at the last minute and treated me as if I’ve been one of their patients for a lifetime. I loved the care so much I may just fly back for other dental services instead of looking for a new dentist at home.

A huge thanks to Dr. Henry and his entire team for excellent care and experience. They provided a quick response to a slight emergency that I needed help with while my normal dentist's office was closed. Dr. Bales stitched up our dog after a run in with barbed wire. The entire staff at the Animal Clinic, including Dr. Bales are kind and communicative.
I called PAWS to have my poor fur baby looked at. Even though they were busy and short staffed, they let us come in. Dr. Miller and her staff were kind and courteous and helped make my baby comfortable again. It is hard to see pets being in pain or uncomfortable and by letting us come in, she is now feeling much better.
I have gone to Tracy about 10 times over the past year and she is one of the best massage therapists I have ever had. I have chronic very high muscle tone and lots of cramping that she has really helped with.
Rebecca is a wonder at her craft. It started with a heated place to lay, and warm heating pads were placed underneath at intervals. She massages all the joints, extremities and body. It made my day, and we women deserve this.

I had a giant ball of scar tissue in my leg and was taking 1,600 to 2,400 mg of ibuprofen a day to deal with the pain. After two half an hour sessions the scar tissue was flat and I no longer needed to take ibuprofen to walk. I also had headaches on the left side of my head one press in a spot and I felt the pain fade away. In only a half an hour alot of work was done. Would 100% recommend.
