“Simply wow. In addition to all the other great qualities others have noted - professional, punctual, clean, communicative, etc. - Grady and Jake are knowledgeable and trustworthy. They did an extremely complex (from my pov) pump and full yard sprinkler install from scratch. They also went above and beyond to help me figure out and then install a rock water feature to flood irrigate a section of my property. Not to mention they did a complete clean up a decade’s worth of brush, tree suckers, vines and debris. Every step of the way, they explained their process and taught me how to maintain what they installed. They were able to do the technically difficult landscapy work like trenching and sprinklers AND the thoughtful/creative work like flowerbed planning and electric conduit schema to get power out to my greenhouse. “Chris has great design ideas. He is very talented in creating water features. I recommend him for design. Here's where he's lacking: He built three water features for us. They all lose water. We haven't been able to fix the problems ourselves. We continue to refill all three water features every other day or so. And no, it's not evaporation. They are leaking. Chris committed to coming out in April 2022. He was a no-show with no call, text or email. In April 2023 I reached out again. No response. We don't expect free repairs. Our project was done in 2017-2018 so we know things age. We wanted Chris to show up when he said he would OVER A YEAR AGO to fix the problems.“
