We've been dealing with a difficult-to-open window for over a decade and finally decided it was time to fix or replace it. Upchurch was the only local company we could find that agreed to check it out and see if it could be repaired-- everyone else said they only do replacements. He worked on it less than fifteen minutes and for the first time since we've lived in this house, the window is functioning properly! Thank you, thank you, thank you!
