We are currently building with Toll Brothers and have been deeply disappointed with the experience so far. After signing paperwork, our sales agent’s demeanor changed noticeably—communication became unfriendly, and asking reasonable questions often feels like an inconvenience rather than a normal part of the process.

Many basic amenities that should reasonably be included at this price point are treated as upgrades. For example, lighting above bathroom mirrors is not included, which is surprising for an $800k home.

Toll Brothers homes in Idaho are some of the best houses in the Treasure Valley. Their customer service has always been good, from the sales people, design center, construction, and their warranty team.

We both have retired and we’re looking for a place to call our forever home. We visited family and friends in Idaho. Friend told us about Toll and the multigenerational living. Perfect for our daughter. So far we love our house
