    I had an unfortunate, self inflicted cellular blind accident which left one one my cords short on my up/down blinds. I spoke with Preston (?) on the phone and he answered all my questions with a refreshing candidness. I brought my blinds in for repair early on a Monday morning and met Elizabeth who was pleasant and refreshing to work with. I was told that they would be repaired by Cory when he had time in between installation calls. The turnaround time for the repair could take a up to three weeks depending on his schedule and parts needed.     Thank you Cory and Elizabeth for such great service in repairing my blinds...I just reinstalled them and they work as good as new!! Thank you for such a quick one day turn around as well!
