Did you know that Sephora offers beauty treatments ? I didn't know until I was shopping in the store and met Natalie. I was looking for an eyebrow pencil and telling her how frustrated I was with my eyebrows. She immediately helped me and told me that she does eyebrow waxing in store. Well, I just had my third appointment with her, and I am so happy ! She has educated me and given me some great tips . I highly recommend her!
If the staff is in a good mood, your experience is going to be great. They'll be super friendly, helpful, and go the extra mile to help. If one staff member is in a bad mood they are ALL in a mood, good luck getting any help at all at that point. Have no idea why your experience can so wildly differ. If they can get this handled they'd be a 5 star store.
Natalie just gave my teen-aged son a perk for his acne broken-out skin. He was self-conscious going there - but I convinced him to go. Natalie made him feel totally at ease, his skin is already looking better, and she recommended a product that will be great for post-sports when we can't get right home to wash his face. Natalie is awesome!
