The Drs appointment was flawless from start to end. Would only change the staff at the Blood Drawing Lab, they definitely need to be trained a bit more in time management and customer service, very rude and took forever to be seen after my Dr appointment. The young gal who took my blood could use a refresher course on where to place the needle. She was not confident in her ability and I felt it in the draw. Both her and the other gentleman who work in the lab were not of Saltzer Customer Service Standards.

I cannot say enough good things about Saltzer Health overall. The staff is genuine, caring and very thorough with my healthcare. Their hours are amazing with evenings and Saturdays available in certain clinics as well as a 24 hour urgent care clinic! You can’t ask for more!

I don’t know the name of the tech that X-rayed my feet, but he was so pleasant kind and helpful!! I loved being able to walk in for this procedure since I was already there for another appointment!!
