What an amazing veterinary experience and I thank Dr. Jess and Dr. Albrecht and all of the staff from the bottom of my heart for being so kind and patient with my older and very difficult “bitey dog.” You were so patient and understanding and took the least invasive measures to make his examination and surgery possible today.
