Nothing but good things to say about my first experience with Plumbing Solutions of Idaho. Rick and Riley were great! Very friendly, very polite, very knowledgeable and very efficient. I know nothing about water heaters or plumbing and they explained my options in a matter in which I understood. Fingers crossed I never need a plumber again but if I do this is the company I’ll call.
We had great service from Matt at PSI. Making an appointment was quick and easy and we had great communication throughout the process with the text updates provided by the team. We will definitely be using these folks in the future should we need to!
Absolutely a top notch company . They worked me in and had my issue resolved in 30 minutes. I highly recommend these guys. It's a family business and I prefer to give money back to a family business. I'll use them from now on.
