Been in twice in recent months. Both times the staff were very kind and very helpful. Great products. Really love the personal passive and active diffusers. Great oil blends. Love the transparency of product quality on the website.

This place has amazing products and the customer service is always fantastic as well. I’ve recently turned to using more natural products and literally love every single thing I’ve purchased from them whether it’s an EO, body care or the cleaning products, I’m addicted! Love this store so much!

Love this store! I purchased 3 bottles of a certain oil and opened one bottle to use; I had a severe allergic reaction. I called and asked if I could bring the 2 unopened bottles in and they said bring all 3 in! They asked if I wanted a refund, I said, no I'll pick out oil that I know I'm not allergic too! Best customer service!
