He was very thorough in his sanitation and handling of instruments and was very precise in the placement of her piercings so that they would be even. “I had such a wonderful experience with Noel and Resurrected Tattoo. Noel was ready when I arrived, with two options for the tattoo I requested. She listened to everything I had to say and provided beautiful options for me to choose from. All through the process, she checked on me to make sure I was doing okay and we had a really wonderful conversation throughout the process. Every time an employee walked by, they greeted me. I felt comfortable the entire time and would highly recommend Noel. I have already talked to her about another tattoo and will be excited to see her again. She is wonderful with color!“

“Staff was so helpful today. I needed to get my 5 jewelery pieces taken out so I could get an MRI done today without blocking the view. They revived 4 and replaced them with temporary pieces. And removed the fifth, and I got to put in a new piece of jewelry there instead. I love it there.“
