A few years ago I was a client with MultiCare Home Health, and received caregiver services. The staff were friendly, the caregivers were outgoing, and the company adapted my needs to their flexible schedules. I highly recommend this caregiver and hospice company, and would even consider utilizing them again in the future!
I am incredibly impressed with MultiCare as a company. I have 10 fractures in my back because of a bone disease. My doctor ordered a hospital bed that the orthopedic mattress they sent me was way too soft for me and I couldn't get out of bed safely. Coty came to see me first who is head of the department and was extremely professional and extremely kind. Then Will. another physical therapist came and saw me and he is trying to find me the perfect mattress that fits my body both were very conscientious about sterilizing everything before they took my vitals which I appreciate it so much. MultiCare provides some of the best services for therapy in the Treasure Valley. The staff are always helpful, caring and empathetic to the needs of their patients. Highly recommended!
