This office is absolutely incredible. I had such a pleasant experience all around. My interaction with Don over the phone multiple times over a couple weeks was very reassuring as we figured out a plan for my wisdom teeth removal. He was so patient with me & I never felt like a bother to him, that man deserves a raise! The day of my appointment went so smoothly, all of the ladies were kind & amazing, as well as Dr Porter. I had the most nerves coming into my appointment but they quickly reassured me & calmed my nerves immediately. I recommend them over & over. Forever thankful.
I have been going to Smiles for 5 years, Dr. Howard and his team were great. In January 2024 I had my 6 month cleaning, that was the first time I met the new employees. I just went for my 6 month cleaning June and met Dr. Steel and Sherry. I had to get 3 crowns and got set up for them in a very timely manner. I had one done a couple weeks ago and will get my other two in a week. I was very happy with all the employees and Don did all the ground work on getting my dental coverage all set. Thank you all and I will see you soon.
Comfortable and nice and clean environment. I visited Meridian Smiles to get a new crown. Sherry made me relax and laugh while I was waiting for Dr Steel. Dr Steel did a great job for me. Now I can enjoy meals! Thank you very much.
