The company kept me updated on the arrival of the technician. He was very pleasant and careful with my home. He was able to fix both items that needed help, and luckily, without too much trouble. My only complaint was that they charged me a full service call cost for a second appliance, even though they were already going to be in the home and didn’t have to drive a trip service charge. It’s understandable, but I felt a little unfair. I would not hesitate to use them again.

My technician is Kory hands down. If Lake appliances sends someone else out to my home I'll turn them away... lake appliance definitely has a keeper and Kory you need a raise my friend. Just saying.He's down to earth, laid back and knows his stuff. He's professional, courteous, and a good conversationalist espespecially when talking bad about fords... "inside joke"...Kory thanks again for all the house calls for my black sheep of a washer and dryer. your best in my book. And you are my preferred technician for lake appliance.

Lake appliance came to check my oven. Of all of the people I’ve had help with repairs, this was the kindest and most professional. I highly recommend them. Excellent communication, short window to wait vs 8-5 window.
