We weren’t given a particular time of when the technician was going to show. I got a text about 8:45 that he was enroute. He (Ethan) arrived not long after the text. He got right to work trying to solve our problem (clogged shower drain). He was very knowledgeable, respectful and courteous. The problem basically cleared itself, he didn’t have to do much as far as repair but he did provide us with great information on what may have caused the problem and possible solutions to prevent further issues.
