Access Heating did an awesome job replacing our furnace and air conditioner. The whole job of removing our old unit and installing the new units in about five hours. The quality and care of installation was outstanding, and they were very respectful of our home by insuring the job area was as clean as when they started.
Woke up to our AC unit making a terrible noise this morning, and called our usual service provider in hopes of having it looked at ASAP. They were booked, and so I called Access. They came out within a few short hours and the tech, Jared, was able to ascertain the main concern and provide a fix. We are enjoying a cool house this evening thanks to Access' availability and Jared's expertise. Will definitely recommend and call in the future. Thank you!
My air conditioner went out on a day that was supposed to be 106! They got me an appointment that day! The technician Richard, was very professional, explained everything to me. Got it fixed and my dog even loved him and she doesn’t usually like men! I’m very pleased with the service and I highly recommend!
