Joshua and his team are fantastic. Quick, Responsive, Communicate... all above and beyond which of course includes great service! They do what needs to be done, suggest future items, but don't milk it like others I've worked with do. they are solid!!! I manage 30 properties... and Joshua and his team are my goto HVAC Team!
We had a local company come out to service our AC, it was working fine before they arrived, but strangely it stopped working while they were here and they gave us an outrageous quote to replace not only the AC but the Heating system as well. We turned to our warranty company for the next step and they sent Josh from 7th Element out to diagnose the AC unit. He was prompt, had great communication and follow through. His crew just returned today to install the AC unit, I met three more employees from 7th Element and I was impressed by all of them, very friendly! They will definitely get my service moving forward. Johnny and Josh came out and got my furnace up and running very quickly! They got us in their busy schedule the same day and still had more calls after 5pm. Thanks guys for saving us from the cold another night!
