Amazing coaches, facilities are top notch. As a beginner, I was made to feel welcome and Cheyenne was very aware of my abilities and tailored my work out accordingly. Overall, amazing experience!
Never knew how much a crossfit gym had to offer. The instructors here are all very knowledgeable on the mechanics of the body and have been very helpful. And some gnarly workouts as well!
Absolutely LOVING my workouts at Legend Crossfit! Cheyenne, Shawn, Jesse and Tony are all fabulous; putting safety first and pushing everyone to be the best they can be. Great complement to my outdoor excursions! And a big thank you to all my workout fellow Legenders! ?
