We had low water pressure from the pump that was providing water to our house and garden. It was February and snow everywhere. Dale's Pump Works showed up when they said they would, analyzed the problem and gave us a very fair estimate with a couple of options. We decided to go with them and Greg did an outstanding job of returning great water pressure to our home.
Had Greg install the pump for our well. Very courteous and knowledgeable. Answered all of my questions and showed up when he said he would! We r now looking at a filtration system and could not think of a better company to work with!
A++ I called Dale late afternoon on a Friday!!! He was busy with another client and told me he would come check things out as we had very little pressure from our well! Professional, courteous and prompt! He showed up and had the problem fixed in a few hours! His assistant was on a trip so we were hands on with getting the job done!!
