Do not hire this company! They have done extensive work on my house more than a few times over the course of years. The owner Kevin Lee Parris is rude and very unprofessional. The young skinny guy with the glasses is rude and unprofessional. Probably the owner's son. When it came to scheduling. The owner was completely rude and impatient. Then he asked if I was the tenant, because they like to treat tenants like second class citizens.

Up the Creek has always been a pleasure to do business with. They're courteous, on time, and call me every spring to schedule an HVAC "checkup" (which is amazing because I would definitely forget!). A great business with great people!
