I’m a new patient here. I have state insurance so my only “option,” was the CHAS clinic and I always left there feeling unseen and unheard when it came to my concerns about my teeth. My boss told me I should see Dr. Pierce despite having no insurance and I’m SO glad I did. I’ve only had three appointments so far but each and every time Dr.Pierce and Monica have been so lovely to me. They hear me, listen to my concerns, and have taken my care plan seriously. I applied for care credit to pay since my insurance doesn’t cover it. I’ve had to have teeth pulled, and a root canal and haven’t once felt any pain during any of my appointments. James pierce..I am a new patient...I've contacted you three times, several days prior to my appt...where are you or your staff that process patients notifications/inquires? Are you in business? Would you return any credit on my acct to the address listed..you are a dentist? Cancel my Nov 5, 2019 appt, I previously notified you Oct 27, 2019 requesting this appt cancellation..I did not authorize a 5 star review for this review, that must be your idea, I would give you a minus 20 stars for your non cooperation in this matter
