    I’m very disappointed with the lack of customer service for the last year and a half. We have been told that we’re on the list to have a maintenance service on our heat pump. They have not come through with confirmation of where we are on this list and offer lame excuses as to why they run their business this way. If they are not here Monday between 1 and 4 it’ll be too late to reconsider this rating of 1.
    They finally worked us in to refill the Freon which was 4 pounds low. The service call lasted about 10 minutes and I’m relieved since we’re right in the middle of a heat wave.

    Some of the few good ones left in this day and age. I've used them personally and professionally for residential and commercial HVAC and plumbing. Can't beat Guardian!!!Service: Thermostat installation

    I called Guardian to connect my new gas meter to the house because it was my understanding it was required by the county. I will start by saying Bill the owner is very responsive to messages and emails. i will leave the employee's name out. When the employee showed up he took some measurements said he would be back the next day. He showed up two days later with the wrong length of pipe but thought it would work, It did not. He said he would be back in a day or two but called a few times to postpone. A few days later I made the connection myself after speaking to the county inspector.
