“UPS at Fairview and Meridian Road did an exceptional job for me. DirecTV required me to return two old receivers to them after they sent me new ones. The DirecTV_AT&T computer program UPS used kept refusing the correct information for the return. Ted (the owner) calmly worked through the problems on a phone call with DirecTV while I was becoming more upset with DirecTV. Result, DirecTV didn't want the old receivers but their program told UPS and me to keep trying. Thank You Ted for your patience and grace in handling a problem that was not a good use of your time.
