Friendly and made my bikini wax surprisingly less awkward than I expected. She is very fast and thorough with waxing. Starts at the top and talks you through it. my eyebrows turned out perfect.

UPDATE: Ashley, the owner, gave me a call and offered me to come back in so she could make it up to me. First off, she was very patient with my schedule and worked with me to get in on my time after work. The service was awesome, she did an amazing job and all went really well. I'm happy with my wax this time and will be going back! 5 stars, Thanks Ashley ??
Old review: this 2 stars because I like the environment, the cleanliness and the gal that did my leg waxing. But I couldn't give it more because it was the worst wax I've ever had. The wax just wouldnt get the hair. I have been to several other places that seem like they use a different kind of wax that worked...read full review
