“I was traveling from Colorado to Oregon when my dog started having acid reflux. It took me over 2 hours to find a store in WY that was opened. When this medicine wasn't working I knew I needed to find an ER. Finding an ER vet in the middle of the country felt nearly impossible and then Helping Hands was open! Sure the wait was literally hours long but what do you do when you're the only ER vet for literal hours?! Evette was AMAZING! She handled the entire front and back like a boss and gave me a great food recommendation! Answering phones, checking in clients, and whatever was going on in the back. When it came time for my pup, the MA and Dr were so kind and listened, as I have gone through this back in Colorado a handful of times. They did exactly as I asked and we were back on the road to Oregon. When it came to the bill, I was stressed I was going to be paying a small fortune on my vacation.
