I had Nikki from Summit come to clean my carpets & she did an AMAZING job & really paid attention to details. I've had other companies clean my carpets before, but between the new, high-tech truck they have, along w/Nikki's experience...this company is far & above the rest! I'd also like to add that the pricing is super affordable, I won't hesitate to have them come back every year! Thank you!!

Very professional and quick to get the job done! I will recommend this Summit Construction and Restoration to anyone I know that needs these services. They were so fast in getting to us and the attention to detail was great. They worked with my insurance company with no complications. Very professional and kind during a stressful time for our family.

Bret is the owner of Summit Construction and Restoration and was recommended by my local window provider. His crew of three removed and installed seven windows and one slider in my condo in THREE days including painting and exterior trim.
I did not have them install the interior trim because I’m doing some more remodeling on the inside, though they can do that too.
The crew was professional, diligent, quiet and clean, and they were amenable to my requests for extra care and prep during the project.
