Greatly appreciate CJ to come out on snowy, cold friday night when heating went out with back up heaters. Thornton has always been our familys number 1 choice for heating furnace/exhaust needs for 30 years. Highly recommend!!

I know how hard it is to service clients these days especially when your help is sick and you need to pass on the bad news. But, Thornton goes over board to help their client especially when it puts the client in a very hard spot. Thanks to their team I was able to get our job done today so that I wouldn't miss my flight. Great job guys

We had another company stand us up the day of installation and Matt Thornton had one of his crew out to the house within the hour to assess the situation, provide an estimate and plan for installation the following day. Along the way, they were professional, kind, courteous and went above and beyond to ensure the job exceeded expectations. In addition, they actually found that our humidifiers had not been hooked up (as the company who stood us up and initially installed) as thought during their install 1 year ago. So, Matt's team got those working as well! All in all, these guys are one of the best in the valley and should absolutely be on speed dial!
