Excellent product! I have been designing houses for years and this window company does more R & D than most! Yes, there are some very high-end custom window brands out there but Pella's specs are almost as good or better and it is important to know that they stand behind the product the sell! You know that they will be around if there is an issue, not too sure about that Gucci-window company!
The quality of the windows and doors are excellent! We’re just about done remodeling and updating our home, I have replaced all the exterior doors (4) and 24 of 32 windows. All of the hardware is included with the products and instructions for best installation. I’m plan on finishing the last 8 windows this summer and I will use Pella windows, I do highly recommend this to anyone who is building or replacing their windows and doors. The last comment is we choose Pella products because of the quality and ALSO energy efficiency of their windows and doors, we’re currently averaging over $500.00 a year in savings on heating and cooling costs, and lasts the life home.
