I was visiting the area and was able to walk in for a brow wax. I was nervous from having a bad wax experience in the past, but they made me very comfortable and exceeded my expectations. She took her time and applied the proper before and after care treatment. My brows look excellent and the redness was gone in less than an hour. Place was very clean and the staff friendly. Needless to say I left a happy customer! Thanks for a great experience!
I'm obsessed with this place. Both Michelle and Annabelle are so professional and lovely. They're friendly and fun, and I always look forward to going. I've had several scheduling conflicts and they're always so accommodating. They do a great job- after trying several places in the WRV, this is my favorite.
Michelle is such a consummate professional and sweet person. I haven't met someone with such a passion for this craft, despite having frequented every European Wax Center and Lunchbox in my area.
