Terrible customer service. We have been with Proflame for 2 years and they put a note on their invoices that if you don't pay the whole amount they add a finance charge to carry the balance. That was fine with us and we would pay out our bill over 2-3 months, happy to pay the financing fee. We have always paid up. The owner will show up, unannounced at your door trying to collect over less than $200 when the statement already says it is financed. They will not fill tanks all the way up when the come OR fill up the wrong tank so you have to spend more $$ for them to come fill the right one. Then they send a passive-aggressive letter stating they wont come anymore... read full review

Worst driver on the road! Whoever the guy was driving the propane tank out of the Chevron parking lot across Walmart in Jerome needs to be re-trained on how to drive. Instead of pulling out and getting in their lane, they pulled out in mine right before the road merges at the bridge. If they didn't have enough room they should have stayed put and waited for traffic to clear!
