Hired him for a roof job, but he did not seal it correctly and it leaked through. After calling him out several times, he finally agreed to fix it. Come to find out, he installed #40 felt instead of bitumen - where residential code clearly states that bitumen underlayment is required. Had to tear off a section of roof and install new bitumen underlayment.- We worked it out and he refunded repair cost after negotiation. Raised my review from 1 to 4 stars.
