“Let me tell you a little story. It's about an old house that needs some significant TLC. Finishing the basement is one of the major tasks on the docket. Adding an egress window is a prerequisite to moving forward and CK was able to come look, quote and schedule all in a very quick manner. Shane was awesome! The day came to start cutting a hole and putting in the actual window. Cameron and Jacobe arrived early at around 730. They were kind, professional and polite. Got oriented to where things were and were supposed to be. Then they got started and did the deed. The concrete cutter came right on time and everything moved like clockwork! By 330PM, we had a brand new window that looks fantastic, got educated on maintaining the window, cleaning it, directions on how to measure and match the window sill when it's built...amazing!
