Every encounter I have with SymTec proves top tier service. When faced with time consuming challenges, these guys don't give up. They persist until the problem is solved, and the most important aspect of their service is their patience and calm demeanor. Computer issues can be frustrating and lengthy, and it helps when the tech is kind and serene as Roman certainly was. 2 hours went by like it was nothing and I left with a problem solved and a positive experience. Thank you SymTec and thank you Roman!
