“I have been attending Summit Orthopedics since Dr. Johnson started there. I followed he, and PA James over from another clinic. (I think.) They have been great. I have been able to avoid surgery, which has been their goal. The front desk ladies treat me like a rock star when I walk in. I am not a rock star by any stretch of the imagination. My only beef is the accountant in the side office. My last visit she was trying to keep me from seeing my care providers because I had not paid for my visit six months earlier. I was not aware, and would have happily paid when she asked. Instead she gave me the threats and so on. I am fully cognizant that my medical bills need to be paid. I paid for my previous bill and for the current appointment I had arrived for that day. I did not pay my bill, she acted incredibly, well awful. Then I paid my bill. Have some class.“
