WOW! Paula performed a permanent (ha ha) miracle on my totally unruly, thick grey waist-long hair. It took over an hour and a half to wrap. Wendy the Wonderful assisted. You get your own private nook to have your hair done you dont have to sit in a row of other people which is nice to have privacy. Its clean and comfortable. Very talented hair dressers!!
