She lined up cleaners, a contractor to do needed repairs, and helped find a company to remove 25 years of accumulated junk. Her MLS photo tour was brilliant, and she absolutely pegged a realistic price point I needed for quick sale in a slow market. I had two excellent offers the first day! Chris and Randy were so wonderful and provided the dedication and expertise to find us the home of our dreams!Chris is very active in the Real Estate business both locally and nationally and made the entire process go very smoothly. We searched for months for the home that met our "requirements" and let's just say Randy was constantly searching and showing us homes.
