Our home buying experience with Liz was unique but great. If we would have had any other realtor we would not have the home we have today. She is the best of the best! She is sharp, knowledgeable, and great to work with. When Liz showed us the house we were interested in she stayed in the living room while we walked around and looked at the house. She did not try to talk the house up like a sales person and she was not pushy in the least. When we had questions about the property she got the answers quickly. When I asked her how the property compared to other properties, again she was not pushy and she told us her honest opinion. She did not try to stretch the truth to make a sale. Being our first home buying experience we were initially on the fence about making an offer and Liz did not try to persuade us one way or the other. She was very patient with us. The house we purchased had several offers and Liz helped us to create a good competitive bid. She knew her stuff and our bid was accepted. Due to the competition Liz did not waste any time and she submitted our offer at 10:00 at night. The property we purchased ended up being difficult to get financing on due to the property having a small orchard on the land. We had so many hurdles with the bank and underwriter etc. Liz and her husband, who is a loan officer, made it possible for us to buy the house we wanted. We would NOT have our home today if it was not for them. After closing Liz gave us a gift basket with goodies and a gift card. We felt so bad for all the extra work she had to do, but even after the nightmare of getting financing she gave US a gift! It should have been the other way around. After we closed Liz said if we had any problems or questions we could continue to contact her. A few weeks after moving in she texted me to make sure things were going smoothly. She was fantastic from beginning to end and I would HIGHLY recommend her.
