If you service Pocatello then . . .They were lazy, completely unprofessional. They were hired via Home Depot contract to move up to 5 furniture items per room. The contract literally says so and when they arrived they not only refused to move the small amount of furniture left in each room they walked off the job without talking to anyone. Was left to call Home Depot and beg for service. Entire home was torn apart as everything stacked in kitchen so they could install carpet and they simply left, ZERO CONTACT. I considered wether to put 4 or 5 stars. My experience was mostly great with Romanoff Renovations. The communication was top notch from the office staff and installers. I received many reminder texts and phone calls to be sure we prepared our home correctly, and everything was ready to go in time for our installation appointment. The installers showed up on time, put in a lot of hard work, and worked very quickly. They were respectful and kind. They were careful of our home, though they did cause 1 area of damage, but I know all humans are not machines, and mistakes are expected on a jobs as big as carpet installation.
