Our inspector, Tye, was thorough, trustworthy, and professional. He had recommendations and solutions for everything he found wrong in the house. For every technical explanation, he also provided a simplified version that I could easily understand.
My only complaint? He only mentioned skateboarding once! Come on, Tye—I was ready for at least five gnarly skate references. A kickflip analogy for the roof, maybe a grind metaphor for the plumbing? Next time, I expect some ollie-level inspection flair!

One of the best inspectors in town. We’ve used a few other inspectors before and did not get the detail and attention like we received with RQI. Definitely would recommend to anyone.

Great job, this was our second house so it was also our second inspection! Ty Robertson seems like a trustworthy guy to have the home buyers best interest in mind, which I think is the most important thing. The only recommendation I'd give and maybe this is just because my wife is a business analyst so I'm starting to think like her but it would have been nice at the end when Ty was showing us the photos to also have more of a presentation showing the major issues with a few key metrics like ball park cost to repair, difficulty of a repair 1-10(1 meaning you don't need arms or a HS diploma to repair and 10 meaning you need to be a trained professional),... read full review
