Words are not enough to show my gratitude for the amazing staff here! At least something in my body works right now lol, I can breathe!!! (Pretty bad deviated septum)Having Stints in for the full 10 days was rough, especially for it being my first surgery. However, everyone made it out alive, and I am experiencing breathing through my nose like it's the first time I've ever done it!Dr. Hanks has an amazing bedside manner, very thorough, and just all around great Doc! If you need an ENT, I can't give their office enough praise! First time something actually got fixed since all this medical nightmare started that actually made me feel better! I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Hanks and about his office. I had a stellar experience. I had significant breathing problems, and Dr. Hanks did a phenomenal job with my surgery (Tonsillectomy, turbinate reduction, and Septoplasty). He is professional and human in his interactions. He is responsive and great with questions. I had no bruising after surgery. I came in to have the stints removed, and he cut the stitches and removed the stints. It was painless. Dr. Hanks and his team go above and beyond. His surgical skills are outstanding. From a tonsillectomy to a thyroidectomy, he is one of the best. I would recommend him every time. My thyroidectomy scar is almost non-existent. Most people can’t even tell I’ve had one until I bring it up!He genuinely cares about each of his patients and does his best to address their needs. He doesn’t push for surgeries. His approach is to inform his patients of ALL their options. Instead of just pushing for surgeries. He takes amazing care of his patients. I love Dr. Hanks and his team!
