Highly recommend this place for the beginner, intermediate, advanced or if you just wanna try kung fu out for the first time like me. The owner Ken is super friendly, taught me a lot! If you’re interested in MMA, Wyatt is a great guy will teach you so many different ways to improve⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I went to a self-defense class today, and it was AMAZING! I wish they had these monthly. Seriously, one of the coolest things I’ve ever done. We learned so much, and we got to beat up a guy in a suit with the things we learned. It was empowering, and the instructors were so nice!!

What a great overall experience for my son. He goes 4 days a week to train both Jiu-Jitsu and Kung Fu San Soo. It says something about the instructors when someone so young would never think of missing a day of training. The Hensley's not only teach martial arts, they also teach life lessons, true family spirit, and honor the children's excellence in academics.
