After a home that Kristi had listed just down the street sold in the first day, I invited her to look at mine. Mine was built so that an engineer would appreciate it. But the corresponding added cost would not be recognized as value by most buyers. Why I am writing this review is that Kristi recognized that this type of home is not her strength. Rather than coveting the fee, she will socialize this home to some of her associates for whom the home might be a better fit. I think that speaks to the quality of her character.
