You are guaranteed to be heard and also never feel pain or judgement. I had to get quite a bit of work and they only were nice and friendly about everything. They not only walked me through it all but truly got to know me. My family found out forever dentist as long as we live in this area.“

“OK, I have been submitting reviews on Dr. Frandsen since moving to his practice in December 2018 and starting a dental implant procedure and replacement of a bridge covering 4 teeth with crowns. As previously mentioned, I have never experienced a dentist with the level of expertise, care and enthusiasm as Dr. Frandsen. His entire staff also is professional, experienced and have the same care and enthusiasm as him. It has been a joy to go through the 3 month implant process as everything went as planned and on time as explained by Frandsen at the outset back in December. Even the lab that Frandsen works with, Treasure Dental Lab, Cresta, has the same commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction as Dr. Frandsen. Cresta really cared that my crowns were perfect. Today was the final installation of my implant and crowns and upon seeing them I almost cried right there in the dental office. I felt like I was seeing the true me for the first time in years. All the problems from my previous crown of 30 years were resolved. My lips could not hold back my desire to smile big and proud of my new teeth. I have not smiled this broad in decades. I can honestly say I looked at Dr. Frandsen and said, “I know I’m paying you for this, but THANK YOU so much for giving me my smile back!” I look forward to being a patient of Dr. Frandsen for years to come as I know my teeth will be in great hands. “Dr Bird and all of his staff are friendly and extremely pleasant. Dr. Bird and his staff did everything to relive my anxiety before and during my procedure. Dr. Bird takes the extra time to explain everything to you, so there are questions about what to expect. Dr Bird and his staff stayed after hours to complete my procedure. I chipped my tooth pretty bad at 1 PM, found out my regular dentist was closed, and had my tooth fixed by Eagle rock dental by 2:15 pm that same day. PLUS, it was a Friday where they close at 3 PM. She reviewed the results of her exam and answered all questions clearly. Lily was able to address any concerns I had. Dr James Drake was through with his exam and answered questions directly.<br>The office staff was great.
