Daren is the hardest working agent we've ever had and as a military family we've had quite a few. Daren was so patient with us while we sold our home in another state which took much longer than anyone anticipated. In the mean time Daren showed us literally every house in our budget, went under (contingent) contracts 3 times until we finally found the one where he got us the best deal possible. He was incredibly kind to our wild children and kept us all laughing through the most stressful parts. Thankful to have had him on our side and now someone we call a friend!! We came across Daren by accident on the Internet. We weren't quite ready to start looking to buy a home, but Daren generously gave us access to his listings for a year. Fast forward through COVID. Our landlord raised our rent, and threatened to raise it again. The real estate market was going CRAZY! We didn't think we could buy yet, but didn't want to pay so much rent.
