I very highly recommend Croft Chimney Sweep, as we couldn't be happier with the excellent service we received. Bill was here on the dot, was professional and responsive to questions, clean and respectful of our home, and did a wonderful job repairing our gas fireplace. He even cleaned the fireplace glass and his fee was very reasonable. The fireplace is functioning better now than it ever has over the last 16 years. They show up on time, are pleasant and wonderful to work with. I highly recommend this company. They made some good recommendations and are just super people to do business with. When a vast majority of people and companies don't bother to show up, it sure is nice to have a company keep their appointment!

We went with a competitor who canceled on us twice. Croft Chimney came to our rescue in late November. Not only was Croft less expensive, but the service was better, too. Bill answered all of our questions and taught us how to use our fireplace more efficiently and take better care of it.
