I absolutely love everyone there! They have been so helpful with every question and concern we have and so loving with or pets. Our dogs doctor loved our dog so much she nearly cried when giving her shots. Just shows how much love and compassion she has for her job and those coming to her. I recommend Countryside to everyone because out of all the vets we have used over the last 30+ years they are my favorite
Only been in Idaho Falls for 10 months and have been to several vets with my 2 dogs and cat. I think we finally found our new vet home. I love that they have a separate cat & dog waiting area, all the staff I encountered was super friendly and the veterinarian herself showed compassion and care with my dog, husband and myself. She answered all the questions we had without seeming inconvenienced too. Most importantly, Maverick came home happy.
